This exquisite Cacao Paste, unveiled on August 2, 2022, after a meticulous seven-month preparation since the 2021 summer solstice, is a harmonious fusion of Rongoā Māori and 100% cacao, embodying ancient wisdom and healing properties. Tokorangi is a tribute to the sacred waters of Aotearoa and a testament to ancestral knowledge skillfully merged with contemporary crafting techniques. Each batch, imbued with the Mauri (life essence) of native plants like Tītoki, Kawakawa, Horopito, and Tōtara, is prepared from hand-crafted cacao nibs by the Solomon Islands' women artisans. This cacao paste is not just a treat for the senses; it's a gateway to a deep spiritual connection. It's designed explicitly for ceremonial use, perfectly blending Mauri and Tapu (the sacredness) to elevate your heart's deepest desires and intuition and immerse you in the true spirit of life. Activated with Aroha (love), it promises an extraordinary journey into self-awareness and inner harmony. Chelita Zainey and Oonagh Browne are the creative forces behind the formulation of Cacao Tokorangi, brought to life with the assistance and loving support of a dedicated community.
